Strawberry Cake

Recently "Buying one box strawberry and get 2nd box free" was very popular deal in most supermarket. Of course I bought a lot at home not only make fresh juice for daily drink, I also used 100% fresh strawberry juice to make cake. It was very fresh and delcious especially dipped with whipped cream I made and ate with sliced fresh strawberry. You can not have it in any store or any restaurant. Homemade bakery is always number one.

Homemade Coffee Nuts Cake

I love to eat coffee cake since I was little. So I love to bake coffee cake for family also share with friends. I used French Roast Coffee to make this cake. My house is full of coffee smell after this cake came out of oven. Smell So Good !!

Homemade Orange Cake

My family love oranges so we always have oranges at home. Today I have new idea, use these oranges to bake cake. This cake was made by 100% squeezed orange juice and orange zest. Everybody said it even tasted better than store bought.

全家最愛的芒果慕思

小兒子大學快放春假，加上最近天天下雨，週末無法打球，待在家中又想進廚房烘培，做好吃的點心歡迎小孩回家。最近休市頓超市的芒果又甜又好吃。買了一箱放在家裡，味道很香，靈機ㄧ動，何不拿幾粒芒果來做成我們ㄧ家都愛吃的“芒果慕斯”。這週末小兒子回到家，驚喜又開心地看到媽媽做給他和哥哥吃的“芒果慕斯“，（爸爸現在盡量限制甜食）,但他們也很節制，ㄧ天只吃ㄧ塊，希望這“芒果慕斯“伴著他們度過ㄧ個甜甜的春假。
